As Ripcord's SVP of Customer Success, Joni Woo is responsible for both front-line impact and client satisfaction of the technical and advanced solutions service operations across the business. Joni is focused on delivering efficient and client-centric service to all Ripcord customers. Joni is a veteran in the capture and content management space, having experience leveraging capture solutions from all the market-leading companies. Prior to joining Ripcord, Joni managed the Xerox Global Cloud, Professional Services, and Advanced Solutions Development Delivery team for Xerox DocuShare Content Services. Under her direction, the team defined and delivered new solution packages and expanded the Cloud SaaS offering globally. Joni is poised to help Ripcord grow its global delivery arm and define key integrations to exceed clients’ needs.
