Chief Customer Experience and Marketing Officer
Kristin Krajecki is the Chief Customer Experience and Marketing Officer for Ripcord. She is responsible for cultivating the total relationship between our customers and the Ripcord brand. Kristin has over 20 years of experience designing powerful brand and customer experiences for Fortune 500 and start-up companies alike. She has held various leadership positions at the prominent global design firm, Frog Design, and led client relationships at advertising agencies Leo Burnett and GSD&M. At Frog Design, Kristin was General Manager of the San Francisco studio where she held full P&L responsibility and accountability for operational success across sales, creative product, talent, and client outcomes. Prior to this role, Kristin was Global Head of Brand Experience Design for Frog where she generated strategic growth for Frog’s clients. Her experience spans industry sectors including CPG, energy, financial services, gaming, government, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, non-profit, retail, telecom, and TMT. Kristin has been published in the Journal of Brand Strategy in 2016, Co-authored a proprietary research whitepaper Crossing the Cannabis Chasm that was featured in Fast Company in 2018. She was featured in Ad Age in July 2019, AdWeek in September 2018, and authored What Cannabis Gets Right On Retail for Frog’s Design Mind publication in September 2018. Kristin enjoys teaching aspiring designers and has been a Visiting Faculty Member at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design, which is ranked as one of the Top 25 Design Schools in the World by Business Insider.
